EMPLOYEE THEFT

Careful management of the interviews and ultimate interrogation and confession is the answer to solving the problem of an employee theft.  Gatewood has done many of these both alone and with other investigators.  He manages the project with an eye to the eventual personnel action and prosecution.  His familiarity of the processes involved and the skills of other available investigators renders no project too large to undertake.  Confessions are common to thefts investigated by Gatewood, rendering the threat of defending later legal actions less credible.  As with employee sabotage, the defense of a wrongly accused subject is also appropriate to such an investigative assignment.
